How do i sign up for classes or personal training online? ▾

Here’s how it goes down:
  • Choose the appointment type.
  • You’ll get a list of coaches to pick from, or can choose “any available” to see combined availability.
  • Select an available date and time for your appointment.
  • Fill out your first name, last name, phone, and email. We always ask for these, as they’re the basis for all email notifications and client list records.
  • Make appointment payment. We use STRIPE, so you will be redirected to stripe.com.
  • Once the appointment is confirmed, you and your coach are immediately sent an email confirmation. In your email there will be a link to “Complete/Edit Intake Forms”. Click on that link to complete your Intake Forms prior to your first appointment or class. You will also have the option to register for an account to remember your info in the future.

All of our one on one sessions are booked through the same process as our classes. Here's how it all goes down:

Can I Drop into classes? ▾

Yes, drop in is $25/class and must be paid for online or in studio prior to the class. You must sign in within 2 hours of your desired time.


Are there promotions for new clients? ▾

Hell yeah! First week of classes is FREE and UNLIMITED. Redeem your free week under the 'View products and packages" on the classes page. And for you personal training fans you get one FREE 45 minute “Jumpstart” session where we take you through a series of benchmark exercises that will later be reassessed to show you your progress!


Where do I Park? ▾

You can park between the two buildings at 920 and 920½ W Cavalcade or in front of 916 W Cavalcade, which is the building just before ours on your right. And if both those areas are full we

will have access to the empty lot across the street from C4 Athlete.


How Long is Each Class? ▾

About 60 minutes


Are classes suitable for beginners? ▾

Most definitely! Our classes are set up so you can go at your own pace. All exercise formats are for time so you can’t fall behind.
