C4 Strength is a 60-minute strength based class that primarily uses barbells and dumbbells. 

Each week will include hybrid of the FinksMethod programming, combining Stabilization, Endurance, Hypertrophy (muscle building), Max Strength or Power. Sets, repetitions and intensity is planned for each class. This class is excellent for clients looking to add traditional strength into their fitness regime and is suitable for beginner and advanced clients. This can be a stand alone fitness program or combined with any of our other classes to round out your full week of workouts.
