We understand you want to workout regularly. But with not enough hours in the day, it can difficult to carve out the time for yourself to workout each week. Not to mention, there are many expensive options and it’s hard to put a value on what will work best for you.

Our coaches are skilled professionals that practice the FinksMethod of Training, incorporating natural (appropriate) progressions that will get you to your goals in a timely manner.

We know you can workout on your own. But will you? And if you do, will you design a program that will get you to your goals? Or will you just stick to the same old routine that worked well for you five years ago? Working with a C4 Athlete coach adds value to every minute of your workout. LAURA FINKELDEY

Laura Finkeldey is the founder and owner of C4 Athlete, a local studio in the Heights specializing in unconventional training and functional movement.

Laura is the ruler of strength. She believes that form follows function, the human body should be trained primarily based on its intended function or purpose. Laura utilizes several different tools while working with clients from kettlebells to steel clubs and body weight to balance training. She began training over 20 years ago and has owned and operated C4 Athlete for over 11 years. Along with her experience, Laura brings both intensity and passion to her clients and team of trainers. In her free time Laura works on growing her businesses and improves upon the FinksMethod of training.

Edward Bryan

Edward is the Head Coach and Nutrition Specialist at C4 Athlete. He is passionate about unconventional training and incorporates it into his client’s programs. He is a long-term trainer at C4 Athlete. In 2017 he launched his own nutrition business, Grind to Thrive where he has already helped 16 clients lose an average of 5-10 pounds each in just 21 days. In his free time he enjoys cooking, mixed martial arts and educating himself on everything from world events to new exercises. Edward moves in the direction of perfection for himself and encourages his client’s to do the same.

Madison Rowland

Madison is a versatile Fitness Coach at C4 Athlete and a natural go getter. In her first year as a NASM certified trainer she added two other credentials with Strong by Zumba and Onnit Academy’s Foundations. Madison believes that being real with yourself and others leads to breakthroughs both physically and emotionally. She is proud to be a fit mom and works daily to inspire other moms and women. In her free time she keeps up with her young daughter and reads lots and lots of books.
